Surplus Pre 416 DEV Upper

These uppers are in extremely good condition with all the correct parts, minus the flash hider. Before DEVGRU switched to the 416 they were running MK18 Mod 0's with GG&G free float rail systems. The GG&G rail itself is difficult to find, even harder to find are Crane cut 10.3" Gov profile barrels. These uppers have both.
