- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to returns. This fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at wetworxoutfitters@gmail.com within the 30-day period. Please include your order #.
- Await further instructions and approval for your return.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in the original packaging.
5. Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
6. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
7. Exclusions:
- Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, will not be eligible for return. Additionally, face covers, underwear, socks, and similar intimate items are excluded from the return policy for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return information.
