Some of the rail covers are sterile and others are marked "Vero Beach". The sterile ones were manufactured prior to moving to their Titusville MFG location.

Panels showed up in what appeared to be brand new, the surplus ones with cage code were still in their original packaging. Super fast shipping. I highly recommend Wetworx Outfitters. I already placed a second because they have what most surplus shops have except they have it in stock and much cheaper. What are you waiting for?
