These handguards are a timeless classic that can be seen used still to this day in basic training and by Law Enforcement agencies. From the M4 carbine's design in the 80's this handguard design saw many conflicts and is still in production on many sporting rifles.
Although they were phased out by the Knights Armament RAS there were many developments to modernize the handguard via barrel clamp PEQ mounts and CQB rail adapters to attach a foregrip.

I have a few AR's and have always been satisfied with the handguards...until I bought a old Colt LE6920. Then all my old ones felt like tupperware. I'm replacing them all with these now.

Colt carbine handguard
Fast shipping, awesome price and hardly broken in. This handguard has that "just" broken in shine without cracks, deep scratches or any warping. Only thing I modified before installation was the heat shields. They were slightly off square and with a little tweaking they are back to perfect. Love it.

Colt Handguards
Ordered two and they came quick. Not sure if it was shipping but one was cracked but still serviceable. Other than that though they fit great on my 6920 and look good. Would recommend
