DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Handling Time We process and ship most orders the next business day after receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods—such as major holidays or sales events—please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. You’ll see the exact rate before finalizing your purchase.

Verification For security, orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification (such as a quick phone call or ID confirmation) to prevent fraud. This helps protect both you and us.

Carrier Delays Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier volume, customs (if applicable), or other issues beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor progress.

Wet Worx Outfitters - 14-Day Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Wet Worx Outfitters for your tactical needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our 14-day return policy below:

1. Return Period:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns. This fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our customer service team at sales@wetworxoutfitters.com within the 14-day period. Please include your order #.
    • Await further instructions and approval for your return.
    • Ship the item(s) back to us in the original packaging.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

7. Exclusions:

  • Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, will not be eligible for return. Additionally, face covers, underwear, socks, and similar intimate items are excluded from the return policy for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return information.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us prior to shipping.  Cancellations requested before the item has shipped will incur a 5% processing fee. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please call or text us at 865-315-7717.
